MEETING PACKAGES

Full Day Meeting Package inclusive of:

• Usage of main meeting room at 08:00 – 17:00 hours
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with coffee/tea includes selections of 2 snacks per break.
• Lunch Set or Buffet at Varee Restaurant or at designated area.

Half Day Meeting Package inclusive of:

• Usage of main meeting room at 08:00 – 12:00 hours or 13:00 – 17:00 hours
• Morning or afternoon coffee breaks with coffee/tea includes selections of 2 snacks per break.
• Joint International Set or buffet Lunch at Varee Restaurant or at designated area.

Half Day Meeting Package without Lunch

• Coffee/tea break with selections of snacks, herbal drinks and Juice THB 350 net/person

The above Meeting Package rate includes the following complimentary items:

• Meeting Package is inclusive use of function room with meeting amenities set up (Drinking water, notepads, pencils and candies)

Remark:

• Minimum of 30 persons for meeting package, otherwise additional room rental charge may be applied. Room rental fee half day is 5,000 THB, full day is 10,000 THB net, if participants less than 30 persons.
• Lunch will be served with set menu if number of participants less than 30 persons.
• The above rates quoted are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax (The hotel reserves the right to adjust the applicable VAT and/or tax according to any change in the government law or tax structure)
